DOES A NEW YEAR REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Here we are, already in the middle of January. January’s calendar already has stuff listed throughout. Perhaps you were one of those who made New Year Resolutions and, for most of you who did, they are already forgotten.

Does turning the page on a new year really mean anything?

You and I both know a New Year is symbolic. You can make a change anytime we want. You can turn a "new page" on your life anytime. Right now I want to guide you through a simple process, and send you to a WEB site to sign up at no cost to you, for a very detailed step-by-step program to guide you. This process has helped me tremendously since I’ve started it...which was several months ago.

New Year provides you an opportunity to look at what you want to do and be. The difficulty is you might know right where you want to be, but you don’t know how to get there. That was my problem. How do I get there? Before I send you to the site that got me to a place of achievement, let me give you some foundational steps.

First: What do you want to achieve? This can be a "minor" achievement you’ve wanted for years (clean and organize the "junk" drawer in the kitchen), to getting back to your ideal weight (that’s a biggie), to writing that novel you’ve always wanted to write, to becoming an entrepreneur.

Choose one achievement and write it down right now. Just grab a piece of paper and write it down.

Did you do it? If you did, you have put the energy out into the universe to achieve that dream.

Second: Outline how you are to accomplish that goal. Waite! Don’t throw your hands up and delete this. Keep reading. This is where I direct you to the wonderful gi ft of a program that helped me so much this year.

You need to understand that I can come up with more than enough ideas to drive both of us to distraction. I’m in the 99th percentile in an aptitude called ideaphoria. (I did my aptitude testing at the Johnson O’Connor Research Laboratory www.jocrf.org.) I could come up with the ideas but I couldn’t get to the end goal! I now map out my plan through a simple and logical process called backward planning.

I learned how to achieve my dreams through a program called Simple.ology. The developer of this program, Mark Joyner, is a big time internet marketer and seller. He developed this program to show people how they could achieve their dreams like he did. The first course, Simpleology 101, the foundation of the rest of his courses, is fantastic and a g ift to you from him. That’s why I want you to go to http://odyssey.simpleology.com/ . Sign up now and begin the process that will teach you the 5 laws of Simple.ology and the 3 step Scientific Formula for Success.

By the way, when you sign up for 101, there will be an offer to sign up for 102. That one you have to pay for as well as the future ones. If you are interested in business, then you will want to do so. The bonuses offered have to do with business related enterprises.

Please go to http://odyssey.simpleology.com/ . Sign up today and begin today. You will be so much closer to what you want to achieve.

CELEBRATING THE HOLYDAYS

Last newsletter I asked you to let me know how you celebrate this time of year and your thoughts on the controversy with great anger of "Holiday Trees" instead of Christmas Trees.

I received replies from many of you. Some of you have a Christmas Tree but no longer celebrate the traditional Christmas message. Others are Jewish and have a "Christmas Tree" but decorate it with menorahs and other symbols of Chanukah. Still others celebrate the love and good will that abounds this time of year without decorating or giving gifts. Others have moved from the Christian tradition and believe everyone should be able to celebrate as they wish without being castigated for their views.

Here are just a few typical, and one not so typical, response. Thank you for giving me permission to use your names with comments edited for space:

I am Christian and follow the traditions. I have many Jewish friends and find that they also enter into the spirit of Christmas. Anger has no place in any of our traditions for we are celebrating love, life, and eternity. Blessings, Marcia Schanzmeyer

i'm not big on the christmas season. i'm not sure of what faith i am. my belief system does not go with the trinity. i don't put up a tree or decorations. almost never send cards. but i do believe in God, the creator. Donna

I am from Russia ... living in United States for 11 years. My family always celebrated New Year eve with the " christmas" tree. Nobody knew the meaning of the holiday tree, but it looked festive and everyone loved to have a decorated tree in a house. ... We used to buy presents, but at some point decided not to do that any more, because being together is that what we value the most... I have jewish friends who is also from Russia and they told me that they secretly celebrated jewish holidays back in Russia. They don't celebrate Christmas, but their grandmother who was very religious loved the christmas tree and she called her tree a Hanukah bush. I personally think that when more people become open minded they will celebrate whatever they want and put their own meaning into the holidays. Some of my friends are into pagan traditions. Then I get invited, I celebrate everything. The joy of celebration, people hanging out together that is what I like. ... . Jesus is in my heart, but not in a religious way. Lets everyone have their holiday tree and enjoy holiday shopping. – Larisa Nikiforova.

My view is that time of year can be filled with love. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we "kept" the energy of late December for the entire year?
